Suzanne is a certified Senior Anusara Teacher. Her teachings encourage students to dissolve barriers, to dance and to move through an intelligent practice in order to restore and evolve on all levels. Her classes are devotional, dynamic and diverse…bold, mighty and introspective, weaving progressive sequencing, anchored in ancient teachings, and woven to attune to modern duty.
Suzanne has spent over three decades deeply immersed in the teachings and methodologies of yoga, psychology, meditation, and spiritual contemplation. She is a passionate educator - a teacher's-teacher – and learner. As a long term Tibetan Buddhist within the Kagyu lineage and Kashmir Shaivism practitioner and devotee, Suzanne integrates ancient and effective modalities into her approach to health and healing.
Suzanne Faith has a doctoral degree in Counselling Psychology and a master’s degree in Educational Psychology and is a principled and long-standing meditation and hatha yoga teacher, mentor, and therapist. Suzanne currently conducts one-on-one therapeutic sessions with an emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). As a licensed therapist, she integrates energy medicine and somatic experiencing into her approach. Suzanne guides students to dissolve barriers and move through intelligent practices to restore and evolve on all levels.
Suzanne has worked therapeutically and as an educator in conventional medical systems, schools systems, integrative health clinics and privately in the areas of addiction and cancer, and with professional athletes and children.
