Your Guides

Suzanne has spent over three decades deeply immersed in the teachings and methodologies of yoga, psychology, meditation, and spiritual contemplation. She is a passionate educator - a teacher's-teacher – and learner.

Suzanne Faith, PHD

Suzanne has spent over three decades deeply immersed in the teachings and methodologies of Yoga, psychology, meditation, contemplation, and energy healing.

 

She is a lover of education and learning, and a teacher's teacher.

 

Suzanne has worked therapeutically and as an educator in conventional medical and schools systems, integrative health clinics and privately in the areas of family and marriage, addiction, cancer, professional sports, and childhood development.

Alesha Carmela, MBA

Alesha has been a dedicated practitioner of yoga for over two decades and sharing the practices as a teacher for over fifteen years. 

 

Alesha helps mothers and busy professionals rediscover their light. Alesha is a lover of dance and movement, and loves to see the Mind-Body transform the lives of her clients.

 

Before dedicating herself to the path of a teacher, Alesha pursued a career in corporate multinationals as an Engineer and MBA. She is passionate about bridging the corporate and spiritual for personal development.

The Venue

Nestled at the foot of the Garraf Nature Park, Casa Garraf is a cozy and welcoming home. Sea views and a lush Medeteranian Garden, there are many indoor and outdoor spaces for individual contemplation and partner work.

The Home

A period home from 1940 lovingly restored will be our venue for the weekend.  

A sea view Yoga Sala awaits with cozy dining room and outdoor lounge areas. 

Perfect for group work as well as individual or family contemplations.
