Becoming the Vessel
The Yoga of Human Potential

Time & Location
10 oct 2026, 10:00 – 13:00 CEST
Almasana Ibiza, Carrer de Sant Vicent, 40, 07840 Santa Eulària des Riu, Illes Balears, Spain
About the event
The body is not something to transcend. It is the vessel through which consciousness becomes embodied.
For thousands of years, the yogic traditions have explored the relationship between body, breath, energy, attention and consciousness. Today, nervous-system science and somatic research offer new perspectives on many of these same principles.
In this immersive 3-hour practice, we will work deeply with asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra and contemplation, exploring how these practices influence the nervous system, shape our internal energy architecture and expand our capacity for awareness.
We will explore the body as a living system: how breath influences state, how attention shapes perception, how movement shifts patterns of activation, and how greater regulation and sensitivity can create more capacity for experience.
Moving between activation and regulation, effort and release, concentration and openness, we will explore our ability to remain present with greater sensation, energy, emotion and complexity.
Together, we will bring ancient yogic wisdom into conversation with contemporary understandings of the nervous system, embodiment and expanding consciousness.
The invitation is to refine the vessel - body, breath, nervous system and attention - so we can meet more of life with greater presence, clarity and capacity.
How much can you hold?
How deeply can you stay present?
What becomes possible when your capacity expands?
