THE INVITATION
On September 19th, join me for an experiential journey into the Neurobiology of Human Potential.
In this hour of active, guided teaching and embodied practice, we will explore how our biology shapes the way we perceive, relate, respond and grow. And how we can intentionally work with the nervous system to recalibrate the vessel through which our potential is expressed.
This experience is for your if you are
-
A parent wanting to create deeper connection, regulation and emotional safety within your family.
-
A teacher, therapist, facilitator or guide wanting to expand your capacity to hold space, perceive more deeply and support others from a more regulated and embodied place.
-
A leader wanting to embody greater presence, clarity, resilience and relational intelligence.
-
In a difficult or transformative chapter moving through your own life and wanting to understand what is happening within your biology, and discover new possibilities for growth.

Perhaps you simply feel that there is more within you to access and express.
Because our biology is not fixed.
Our nervous system is continually shaped by our experiences, relationships, environment and attention. When we learn to consciously work with these systems, we can begin to regulate, recalibrate and expand our capacity, changing not only how we feel, but how we perceive, connect, create, lead and transform.

The Hour Together
Together, we will journey through the five movements of human transformation, exploring the biological, psychological and embodied processes that allow us to move from one state of being into another.
I will also guide you through a practical Human Potential Protocol designed to help you regulate, recalibrate and expand your capacity to access and express more of what is already within you.
The deeper our capacity,
the more we can hold.
The more we can hold,
the more we can perceive.
And the more we can perceive,
the more of our human potential we can express.
Neuroscience. Embodiment.
Consciousness. Transformation.
